Co-Owners

Brian Awarski & Greg Awarski

​Owners Brian and Greg are passionate about creating delicious food. That is why we wanted to share our special rubs and seasonings, along with some amazing recipes, so that you can consistently make great food that will be sure to make you wanting more. We make it our mission to exceed the expectations of those that put their trust in us to make their meal a success. Our goal is to have you utilize our rubs, seasonings and cornbread mix so that you can BBQ like a Boss!

Our Story

     Our journey began with a love of slow-smoked BBQ. After spending some time testing and perfecting recipes, we competed in WNY BBQ Competitions sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. After winning several awards, we were ready to share our passion with our community.
 
     Lilly Belle Meads, in Lancaster, asked us to provide food for their tasting room. In 2018, we participated in the Taste of Lancaster. In addition to feeding many happy customers, we won the Mayor’s Choice Trophy for our Berry & Honey Meatballs at the Taste of Lancaster!
 
     We now bring our expertise to WNY, one kitchen and grill at a time. We encourage you to try our different rubs, seasonings, and cornbread mix to make your meals a huge hit!
